Today the good help from my daughter on the drum resulted in Hamburger for dinner, served with corn and baked potato.
Made up some burgers, wrapped some potatoes and set out some corn.
The potatoes got 45 minutes on 200C alone.
Burgers got a fast coloring and on indirect to finish, mopped it with a god BBQ sauce and chease.
Not quite MC Donald's.. but I like this much better :) Have a nice weekend.
