Hi and off I go. On this site you will be able to find some of my cooking and I will try to explore The BBQ universe as i explore it. I'm pretty new to this myself but have some avsome mentors. For the moment I use a Weber pro 22,5" grill and a UDS BP engeneered, and have had many good experience with them.
Now Ive buildt myself a UDS smoker. So the Norwegian winter can come. In the top of the blog you will find links to my first two Norwegian blogs from last year and summer so The beginning of this blog will consist Of that..
