Normally I use
to buy smoked pork chops in the store. But today I wanted to do it myself. Found
some nice chops in the store.
And prepped them with a seasoning I got from my brother
in law: Bilardo Brothers – peppercorn Steak Rub.
First I put
the chops on the direct heat, and then pulled them aside on the indirect side. Still
I'm using my apple chunks for smoke.
After approximately
30 minutes the chops are ready. And served with rice and salad (sausages for
the kids)
Nice meal
on a Sunday.
