The ribs after one hour, and still a good smoke
After yet another 2 hours the baced beans came on and the mopping started.
Finally the ribs'seams ready.
The whole time the temperature held steady temperature for 200 - 230* F
I'm happy with that
Served with potatoes, salad, beans and dipping-sauce.
tasted very good, and Sveet babyrays is a good dipping-sauce, or you can use any sweet mopping-sauce you like.
